Tamar Namgaladze is a Junior Associate at GLCC Law Firm. She joined GLCC team in 2023 as an intern and was gradually promoted thereafter. Her practice area includes corporate law, contract law, as well as tax law and real estate, property, and land.
Among her responsibilities, Tamar advises clients on a variety of corporate matter, drafts various complex contracts, prepares memorandums and legal opinions, and assists in conducting due diligence of companies.
Prior to joining GLCC Law Firm, Tamar had an internship in a legal aid clinic. She was then promoted as a junior lawyer at one of the primary insurance companies in Georgia.
Tamar graduated with honors from Tbilisi State University in 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Law. In 2023, she completed her Master's degree in private law at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University. In 2022-2023, Tamar won a scholarship from the EU-funded Erasmus+ exchange program and studied at the University of LUMSA (Italy).

From 2024, Tamar is a member of the Georgian Bar Association (Civil Law specialization).
In addition to her native Georgian, Tamar is fluent in English and Russian.
