Lasha Devadze is an Associate at GLCC Law Firm, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate acquisitions and development, as well as all areas of Civil, Contract, Tax and Corporate law.
Lasha began his legal career by gaining diverse experience across three companies at the same time, allowing him to complement his academic training with valuable hands-on legal practice. He further developed his expertise while serving as Chief Specialist in the Legal Department of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, where he focused on preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and conducting research on complex legal matters.

Since joining GLCC in March 2021 as an intern, Lasha has consistently demonstrated his legal acumen and dedication, quickly advancing to position of Paralegal, Junior Associate, and ultimately Associate. His growth within the firm reflects his commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, particularly in complex corporate transactions, real estate projects, and dispute resolution.
Lasha holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Law from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (2019) and Ilia State University (2022), respectively. He is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.

Lasha excels in strategic legal research, client counseling, contract drafting, and navigating high-stakes transactions, particularly in M&A and transactions related to Real Estate.
