Amza Kakauridze serves as an Associate in GLCC law firm since June 2016. Her Practice areas include Administrative as well as Civil law including: Procedural law, Contract law, Law on Entrepreneurs, Labor law, Personal Data Protection law, Enforcement law, Law on Gambling and winning games, also, Analysis and inquiry of regulations on banks and microfinance organizations; Preparing lawsuits, complaints and defenses, researching legal issues, drafting and analyzing various legal documents, Representation in court and arbitration proceedings, as well as in various administrative bodies.
Prior to joining GLCC, as an Associate, Amza interned at our law firm.
From July to November 2015, Amza interned at the Civil Cases Panel of Tbilisi Court of Appeals. From June 2014 to August, she was an intern at the New Vision University Legal Clinic, And from February to October 2014, she interned at the Free Legal Aid Law Clinic of “Tbilisians’ lawyer.”
Amza Kakauridze graduated from New Vision University’s LLM in Comparative Private and International Law in 2018. And in 2014 she became the Bachelor of Law Faculty of Tbilisi State University.
During her studies Amza was actively involved in various student activities and simulated moot courts.
In addition to her native Georgian, Amza is fluent in English language.
